Makes you think
This course makes you think about your thoughts and actions and why they occur. However it would have been good to touch upon when your bias is due to something that has actually happened, if you have been negatively affected by someone, and how to get over this as well. I would have liked to see more examples of unconscious bis that didn't involve race and culture.

Engaging and challenging throughout!
This training really enlightened me to more about biases that I may hold than I had previously known. It teaches you to challenge your way of thinking and what you have come to see as normal, to consider if that should be the way your brain works. It is engaging throughout and you will certainly come away from it having learned something valuable.
