It's all very obvious and common sense.

You would not need to watch everything to get full marks on the test. It is nothing you do not know already as an educated person.

A bit patronising

Delivery was okay, but I found the examples excruciatingly uncomfortable and patronising.

Video lag

It was all well and good at the beginning then towards the end where the speaker wanted us to listen to some voices, the video stopped but audio was still fine. There was no image just a blank space behind the speaker's voice up until the end. But it was still good entirely and gives a thorough explanation on how we should behave and act in the workplace consciously and relative to feelings and behaviour minding all the biases we are conditioned to.

Very interesting and relevant!

A must have training for any organisation aiming for enhanced productivity and effective communication among workers.
