Was very interesting

I have never thought about this before and really made me think about how people judge on looks alone.

Made me look at myself!

This was very good at making you consider your own unconscious bias, I was pleased that my reactions to the stereo typing exercise were not stereotypical!

eye opening

I loved this course as it gave a label to so many subtle biases.

Increasing my awareness.

Highlights unconscious bias in a really good way. I completed this training with subtitles as I did not have sound available to me. Shame that the voice examples did not also have subtitles eg the different accent example would have been more understandable if it had 'speaks in ….accent' annotated. It would have had the same effect as if you were listening to his voice. for that reason only a deducted star. other wise a nice comprehensive training with nice downloadable links.

Raising awareness, amazing

Thoughtful timely reminder

The training reminds us about the unconscious biases that lead for incorrect decision making. A useful training for all the managers and colleagues. Specially should go through before any performance appraisals. Well organised and well presented.

A good course. Clear and to the point.

This was a good course, clear and efficient. A very good starting point. I would like to see/ hear more examples of the different types of biases, even if that would extend the time of the course.

fab course which makes you think

Really enjoyed this course – the videos and recourses are of excellent quality

Well structured and thought provoking

Actually required thought.

Quite a lot of useful ideas and content, but riddled with contradictions. The presenter's tattoo reveal was very interesting as it was obvious from her own micro-behaviours that she expected a good proportion of trainees to view her less positively – which has all sort of implications that undermine the training. Still, the best course I've done from this company, and the first one that has actually caused me to think.
