Easy to follow, understand and complete

So useful to know this and use in everyday situations

Really interesting

I really enjoyed doing this training as it was very interesting and has given me some good tips on recognising when I'm being biased and doing something about it. I'm also going to do the Harvard Implicit test too.

brief and easy to access

Although there were lots of items I already knew, it was good to refresh my mind with this information. It made me think- something that doesn't happen with every online training course I have undergone! All in all a timely reminder for someone in my position ie about to work with diverse people and make judgements about their quality and suitability.

Really comprehensive.

I enjoyed this training and new as soon as I ticked the one I got incorrect that I had ticked the wrong box! Annoying.

Enjoyable course that makes you think.

I completed the course with subtitles because I do not have any sound. Could the subtitles be repositioned so that all of the text on the slides can be seen at all times? There is also an audible section of the course which I was unable to hear.

Thought provoking and easy to follow

A good short course that made me think about the assumptions I make about people in everyday life and very useful in my actions in the workplace.

highlighted the fact that we all need to

Useful and well presented.

A useful review of some important causes of 'unconscious bias'. It was well presented – the balance of presentation / examples / questions was effective for me and the ability to control the pace of the video helped in its effectiveness / impact.

A good course

A course which was very good, which was very useful for how we can as humans judge others by appearance and being stereotypical which is not good.
