On the whole the course was good.
I enjoyed the voice aspect. I always find it interesting to meet someone I have spoken to on the phone or via email for a while but not met.

Amazing
Eye-opening and fantastic. I have sometimes been the subject of unconcious bias myself based on race/ age before people even get a chance to know me, it is encouraging that there is training like this for everyone to learn about it and reflect on it.
It made me think about the biases I have
A useful training course. It made me think about what biases I have and why I have them. I will make sure that will use the A.C.T method on those biases to ensure I treat people correctly.
