Enjoyed the quickess
I like that they are short times of information and then questions to make you think about what you have listened to although on this course maybe need to give a bit more time to the types of bias. There was too many in the little section for me to remember.

More to it than you realise
I had not considered all the types of bias that existed and that we are driven from / towards, either consciously or unconsciously. The course is designed to make you think and it's succeeded!
Very good resume and reminder.
A reminder that we are fallible and should be more aware of bias which is natural.

Helps to re-focus
Good course. Although having completed unconscious bias training before, it is good practise to re-visit and re-focus on the causes of this and how to acknowledge and combat it.
This was a good course.
It was very talk heavy, although the talk was clear and effective. The emphases on writing notes along the way and then suggesting we refer to those notes were helpful. Some more challenge might have reinforced change.
