Eye-opening
This course challenged my mind to think of other directions/routes to take to enable decision making.
A very useful course.
I found the information within this course inline with the challenges in doing my volunteering very helpful and it also means so much in dealing with our lives in the general public.

Very informative
Great Training to undertake. Really gets you thinking about your Unconscious Bias and how this effects your everyday choices
Basic but allowed time for reflection
This is se at a low level for experinced staff who have already recived training in this. However it did allow some time for reflection and review, which is more benefical than the other training I have completed on iHasco reccently.

Through raising the matter it gives us chance to appreciate how our thought patterns affect our actions. Work should be enlightening, fulfilling and rewarding; opportunities which may sometimes be lost by the unconscious thought processes we apply to the situations we encounter. Now highlighted, we have the opportunity to ACT.
