Very informative
I think the training was the right length and not at all complicated to understand. There was a range of practical items to partake in as well as just the verbal explanations which broke the session up nicely. It is always hard to answer the questions at the end due to some wording and very similar answers but this is something i dont believe can be made any easier for the user.

Too passive
The training lacks opportunites for challenging our biases. There could have been videos to illustrate examples of biases which we are unaware of. I didn't feel that the training was effective or would encourage someone to reflect and be aware of their behaviour. Micro-actions does not take into consideration of cultural differences and most of the examples are euro-centric.
