Thought provoking
Really interesting and eye opening. My son is 18 and I am his carer, he has Autism and ADHD. He was listening to the modules with me and from his POV, the concept of unconscious bias was hard to grasp as he is fully conscious of all his thoughts all the time. I wonder if this training is geared to a Neurotypical audience and is there training geared to Neurodiverse staff?
waste of time and factually incorrect
this course was a waste of time. it has many factual errors. tells you not to trust instincts. makes assumptions on what i thought of a situation when it was far from what i thought.
gives a good overall awareness
.
Good introduction and Review
I learnt and understood some key important information around unconscious bias, relevant to current work. Reminded and reviewed some key information I already have know and came across in work now and previously. To use and share this information appropriately.
