a good and understandable course

Good to go over old ground

'You don't have to be bad to be better' is something I was once told and it really works here. I challenge my thoughts and beliefs already, but it doesn't hurt to be reminded and it stops you from falling back into bad habits. I do try to take people at face value and not listen to other people's opinions of someone, but it's not always easy, especially if that person has a strong character or is well liked/respected within the organisation. This training also lines up with other recent training where 'be kind' is the overall message and I think that works here too.

Easy to learn, excellent examples

Really easy to remember with great examples shown in different and useful formats. I've done the course together with a colleague who can't read and he found it very helpful and accessible.
