this is a well written course which makes you think of the bias that you carry from past experiences. It has made me question more so I don't make assumptions.

Informative Course
There is a lot to think about with the training. Completing the listening part did make me think of making assumptions about people. I think you are bias but do not realise that this is happening. Good to find out about the different bias's.

this has helped me realise that some of our actions come without us thinking about it when we may need to stop and deal with it as a completely stand alone situation
