Very interesting
I have really enjoyed this course it has opened up my knowledge around unconscious bias,and i have more understanding is something that we all have Рbut that doesn’t automatically make us treat people unfairly. In this basic course we explore what bias is, how to recognise it, and some simple steps we can take to make our workplaces more fair.

I absolutely loved taking this course. i learned so much and found the information easy to follow and understand because of the clear simple language and illustrations used. I will be applying some of the tips given in the videos and feel better equipped to apply the principals in my own life and share them with others. Great course.

Very interesting and does get you thinking. Although I do believe that there is perhaps too much negativity around the subject.
