A good clear introduction
This was a helpful course with enough opportunities for interaction or going back over anything we weren't sure about. I appreciated the test at the end as a way of monitoring my own learning. Talking heads don't always work but this was interspersed with enough other illustrative material (including the video clips) to keep one focused.

I have really enjoyed this course it has opened up my knowledge around unconscious bias,and i have more understanding is something that we all have Рbut that doesn’t automatically make us treat people unfairly. In this basic course we explore what bias is, how to recognise it, and some simple steps we can take to make our workplaces more fair.

The training informs you of how you have unconscious bias's that effect every task you undertake and how to challenge these bias's.
Clear, current, easy to understand
Good opportunity to review how I think, feel and act. Very important in my role. Good prompt to analyse my reactions, particularly unconscious facial expressions etc as first impressions and building trust are crucial in my job.
