Critical to a progressive organisation
For any organisation to be progressive and support its diverse workforce, it is essential for employees to know about unconscious bias and how to challenge mindsets and preconceived ideas. We all have unconscious bias, it is how we can adapt to remove stereotyping our peers. It is also how we can all adapt to an ever changing world. A good course.
