The Free Resources area supplies FAQs and Resources for a large amount of our course here at iHasco. We have now updated the Food Safety & Hygiene Resources with 7 new forms and checklists for food safety and hygiene:
- Training checklist 1
- Training checklist 2
- Food Product Delivery Record Form
- Cleaning Rota
- Fridge Temperature Record Form
- Freezer Temperature Record Form
- Hot-hold Display Record Form.
The training checklists are lists of what users should take from the training – useful if a manager wants a print-out to put on the wall to show when they did training and what they learnt.
