Section 1
In this first section, we'll cover the basics. Projects come in all shapes and sizes. We'll look at what a project is, the project manager and the project management triangle to get users thinking about what it means to manage a project.
Section 2
Every project goes through five distinct stages. In this final section, we consider an employee's role at each stage and how they can keep the project moving forwards towards success. This could be a personal or professional project – it doesn’t matter!

A bit too basic
Some good information in this course, and great that it was kept short and succinct. Some analogies used to further explain the concept were a bit long winded and hollow e.g. climbing a daunting mountain, but being told there were rest stops and a 'hokey pokey slide' (or something like that) for the way down!! All in all it was a useful course.
Fine, but not nearly detailed enough
a very high level summary. I would argoing that controlling and monitoring is not a seperate stage but something that should be done throughout the entire project timespan.
