This training course is broken down into 2 sections

2Boost your confidence
Section 1
In this first section, staff will discover what confidence is and what it means to individuals, why it is so important, and the idea of behaving confidently even if you might not feel it.
Section 2
Next, we will look at how you can boost your confidence. This section will be broken down into 4 easy sections; Set Achievable Goals, Appear Confident, Think Positively and Improve Competence.
About this course
The user will learn all they need to know about the importance of confidence, as well as the importance of setting goals, and 4 simple steps to boost their confidence.
Those who lack confidence tend to be more concerned about the impact others have on them when instead they should focus on the impact they have on others. This course helps the user to realise that it’s what you do that matters, and not what others do to you.
As a result of taking this course, users should be able to communicate with their colleagues more confidently, appear confident when meeting with clients & customers, and present better levels of professionalism.
