Section 1
In this first section, we will be looking at what communication is, the communication circuit, how we all communicate and some of the barriers to effective communication we might face.
Section 2
This final section will look at how people can overcome barriers to effective communication while at work. This will be broken down into 4 easy steps; active listening, use non-verbal signals, be calm, and finally, be assertive.
