Again the course was very well presented and explained clearly all the main points. The course makes us all think about communication and not letting the message get lost! Again perhaps some more bad and good scenarios of communication, as my old police trainer told me, communication is vital. I awarded this course 5 stars, but i rate it 10 out of 10. Very good
Very informative. Much was already known to me, or seemed to be common sense. Still it was still very useful to confirm or reinforce, and learn new information and techniques, for not just work but everyday communication.
