A very good revision of skills needed to help in conflict situations and to which it is always good to aspire. A useful guide for both personal life as well as in the workplace .
Food for thought
This course offered some very well thought out ideas regarding how conflict arises, how to spot it and the best ways to resolve it. The templates are very useful and offer practical support for mangers that may be struggling to get to the bottom of a problem.

Most arguments is about work when someone is not pulling there weight so someone has to do more work not always easy
