Very long, too much video content.
Very basic skills and technique which in certain roles in probation we have completed a lot more in depth training already.
Covered many aspects.
Enjoyed the range of conflict situations and the clear resolutions. The course clearly focussed on the reality of life at work and provided very positive solutions.

I felt the course was informative, I have done similar courses and feel there could have been extra content on peoples behaviours and attitudes. I felt a couple of the questions were worded in such a way it made getting the correct answer difficult.
