The course is presented in clear and engaging approach. The use of visual diagrams and demonstrations throughout are supportive in concreting the learning aims and outcomes.
Excellent, practical and informative
I felt this was a great course! informative, interesting. I enjoyed the resources and thoughts sections and have downloaded the templates supplied to use at work. Not too easy nor too hard, just spot on and really useful. I will recommend other managers where I work do this training. Thankyou!
