Interesting, useful training
It was an interesting course with useful tips and techniques in conflict resolution
short and consise.
This was a good course which was not overly long but covered what is needed to help deal with conflict.
Thought provoking.
This course forces you to really think about your own issues, or issues with others. Do I actively listen to others. Yes I do notice body language, and technique I can put in place to resolve issues I’m having with loved ones. Starting with, what’s the best solution for both of us.
