Really good and very useful.
A very useful course of understanding to develop new skills in addressing conflict which goes with my job, so thank you this has addressed some amazing simple and effective skills to use and master out on the field as conflict is unfortunately common place. Not just for myself but resolving SU conflict which is commonplace.
