would have been better if more examples of conflict / case studies were used to demonstrate how all the techniques come in to action.

Intuitive and resourceful
Very good mix of theory and visual elements, good additional resources to gain knowledge. Provided a good depth in the subject of conflict resolution with tips and techniques to use.
Very professional and easy to understand
Well made user interface, nice web site design, competent videos which are clear to understand and enjoyable to watch. Overall a great experience of Conflict Resolution Training and I'll be looking forward to renewing my certificate in 2024.
