An interesting and comprehensive course. with some excellent tips for dealing with customers.
Course Review
Difficult for me to judge the course as I have had so much experience in customer service over many years. With that in mind it was therefore below my league and boring, however for anyone with less experience I believe it would have been very useful and for those people I would recommend it.
