I have been privileged to do this course and I can attest to the fact that it's worth it, because I am seeking for a job as a customer service advisor, and I believe what I have learnt would be beneficial in my pursuit for a new job. Very Clear easy to follow training.
As someone who has worked in CS all of my working life this was a great little reminder, nothing new as far as information but its always great to have a refresher.
