A good refresher

Good information but some of the methods are becoming a bit clique, possibly as a result of the number of outsourced call centres.

very good simple to use

Very good simple to use, a few questions didn't relate to the service we provide, other than that An in depth survey and good video

Raised awareness of customer service requirement and the need to respect and deal with current and prospective customers, and the process and policies for dealing with complaints

Very worth while.

Excellent course. Reminds me of a sales course I took in South Africa many years ago, (Face to Face selling skills)

The training is brief and standard

The training really has all that it takes to make a lasting impacts, if fully implemented by the trainee, in changing the perception of customers.

Not enough content

I feel this is very basic and the test can be accessed prior to the course being completed. Five questions does not give staff the level of knowledge we require.
