Once everyone is trained we'll all know

The lack of sincerity, where everyone knows that you have been trained in Customer Services and that they know you have just been told to Thank them, Apologise to them, Try to solve their problem. Whether you care or not is of no consequence. Whatever they say. Robots.

It was a bit annoying but useful

It was quite annoying at parts mainly because of the length and some of the pieces of advice that I already knew but other than that I felt it was somewhat useful.

A great reminder

Very interesting course. Held my attention and had a clear, understandable message all the way through. Reminds us how to treat people and how we would wish to be treated.

Yes the course was very satisfactory.

Again I really enjoyed the course, it was very informative and descriptive in all of the areas of customer service. Good examples presented in conjunction with the course topics.
