Good to have course
Some security guards don't need to go into depth with dealing with customers as some are on sites where you may get 2 people a week visiting but it is essential when on site and 100s there

Not as scary as I though it would be.
After best part of 30 years I've recently started my first Customer Service position and I'm speaking to customers frequently. This course has helped me understand that I have been doing a Customer Service roll in previous positions without knowing it and understand a better interaction with other departments.
