Gender reassignment and Gender Identity are difficult areas to achieve the correct approach!

All the information was fantastic, that being said for something about discrimination the questions at the end was very difficult to read as someone who is highly dyslexic.

This is easy to follow, memorable and in an accessible format. The examples used are clear and appropriate. The presenters are excellent.

Covered the nine protected characteristics and how this should influence behaviour both as employees and employers.

not sure why it took so long. Many points over communicated leading to reduced interest.

A trigger warning is necessary as stories contained therein might be upsetting for some people.
