Exam tries to trick rather than checking knowledge
Content of the course is well thought out and delivered, I feel the exam at the end was trying to trick by swapping the position of the true and false button and lead to me entering an incorrect answer.
Informative, professional, brilliant scripts and presenters. A 'must' for anyone!

Should be divided into separate training sessions.
While the content is very clear and comprehensive, to tackle all sections of the act in one training session makes it too long and repetitive.
Some inaccurate perceptions
There are some inaccurate options I believe personally, or there are some questions with multiple answers and not just one.
Very clear and Thorough
I thought it was very well presented, and easy for me to understand and absorb the important lessons it was communicating. It helped me prepare for my roleplay and for subsequent roleplays.
