The training was very helpful in increasing my understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. It clarified key concepts such as equality and equity. I found the scenarios especially useful, as they showed how to apply these principles in real workplace situations. Overall, it has given me greater confidence in promoting a fair and respectful environment for all colleagues.

Very indepth course
This course covered all aspects of EDI and was every section covered all the essential criteria
the course needs a 1.5x speed button as the videos are too slow
the course is too long but covers all essential info – speeding up material would be helpful
Far too long
Far too long, like the3 other courses, could get the same out of it if it were a fraction of the length. Lost the will to live……..
A lot of important points (mainly, but not exclusively, for employers and senior managers)
As a volunteer in a very diverse community, I meet people of all races, religions, sexual orientation, disabilities…. The training was a helpful reminder of how we need to treat one another

I liked the way it was broken apart into easier parts to accomplish and then all put back together .
