There are several factual mistakes and the framing is problematic
There are issues with this training. It is not on line up to date research on discrimination in the workplace. Framing this as an issue that can be resolved through people trying to make themselves empathic rather than robust legal defences is likely going to do more damage than good. The questions around gender identity and disability also betray a lack of understanding around these topics

Informative yet concise
Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training was very informative, it is a key training for every organization and helps new starters to know the standards and practice at their new org which makes it essential and this was well delivered.

A course that everyone should take.
A course that everyone should take as I feel that as a society we are moving back from these values.
Clear to understand
Every point is very clearly made in an easy way to understand. I like the fact that the pass mark is 100% meaning there is no room for error and it makes sure everyone thoroughly understands everything.
Overly long – some content was useful, some not so much.
The legal content of the training was useful; however, the length of the course was excessive. Some of the content was irrelevant and tendentious rather than material that would be applicable to our roles (eg, relevant legislation and nuanced discussion).
