Very interesting and such a helpful set of skills. Everyone can take something away from this course even if its just the enjoyment on how the course is delivered.

There was one section about employers asking for recent graduates as an age discrimination example but the term graduate doesn’t indicate an age? A recent graduate can be any age…
excellent course
cover alot of issues raised in workplace but i do think this is a dificult subject to keep everyonme in the woerkplace happy

Content and presentation good but the course took 1.5 hours total including note taking and final test instead of the 1 hour specified.

Informative and interesting
This training is a must for all staff, regardless. This course was succinct and gave a good balance between the law and what is simply ethical behaviour – really good use of one hour. Highly recommended.
