It was a very enjoyable course, very easy to navigate.
Really useful
I've completed several DSE assessments in previous roles I found this one the most useful. I really appreciated the 20-20-20 tip and have slightly re-jigged my desk to accommodate the advice re positioning of dual screens. Great tiny bite size pieces with simple visual aids. It allowed me to absorb the information provided easily.

I have an issue with one question – what to do if equipment not working properly an the answer is tell your manager, any manager would expect and employee to at least try and problem solve a little first before escalating to them, therefore I think that question should be changed and it occurs twice, once in the training and once in the test
