Easy, training, makes you think about your body that we may have ignored previously
Gentle reminder to ensure posture is checked, that stretching & moving one's body is imperative & not to strain, but be comfortable.
Lots of useful tips and reminders
A very useful course reminding me I should be checking my posture and workstation set up on a daily basis. Easy to follow exercises at my desk and of course the 20-20-20 rule.

Yes I enjoyed the course it also highlighted that I sometimes spend to much time at the computer before taking a break.
As above I have been guilty of spending to much time at the computer without taking a quick break. (not anymore)
