Give me more insight for my posture while sitting for long periods of time at the computer, also how not to strain my eyes for extended periods reading or working at the computer.

Easy and helpful
Simple, easy to follow and with some important info we all need to know to stay healthy and happy at work. I always find the animation included explains everything very nicely. Great way to learn!
Fast forward
Text and video is provided but by reading it you can't skip to the next slide until the video finishes. A shame, we like to save time :)
