Clear and concise
A very clear online programme. Videos gave a lot of information and taught me things I did not know. Very useful and I will put the knowledge to good use in my daily routine.

The usual training. But better than most
I have completed this training in various forms over the years as it was a yearly requirement in some roles. This training is quite comprehensive and is actually better than most. If I hadn't done this training multiple times, I would probably given it a 5* rating. It is clear and concisely presented.
