Clear, informative, and practical training
The DSE Training (Display Screen Equipment) course was very informative and well-structured. It provided practical tips on proper workstation setup, posture, lighting, and the importance of regular breaks to reduce strain and improve comfort. The content was easy to understand and highly relevant to everyday office work. As an intern, I found it very useful in helping me set up my workspace correctly and maintain good ergonomic habits. I would definitely recommend this training to others working in similar environments.
