I really like that the videos were short but informative.
This training was clear, concise and very helpful. The videos being cut into short but precise video's helped me to concentration and stay focused.

Very informative
This was very beneficial in making me aware of my posture and to also take regular breaks. The video gave me helpful advice in looking after by eye health and to keep my back in a better position and to remember to always be aware to organise your work station to better your working day
