Slow – basic – needlessly drawn out
There was no option to natively speed up the videos – finding enough time to take out of my day was difficult, especially for a session that could have been summed up in 1 10 min video

Glad to see that the course is uptodate with regards to hot desking, standing desks and phones, laptops, tablets etc.

Useful, made me think about how I work and gave me tips on stretches – taking breaks and how to position myself correctly.
