I enjoyed this training. Whilst most people may think they know this information, taking the time to go through the training and watching the videos is valuable and adds to your knowledge. The videos were well made and I found the actors/presenters easy to watch.

Great course
I learnt quite a lot of things about DSE. Things such as posture, screen time and how the table or workstation should be set up.
