Clear and precise course
All information was delivered clearly and precisely. Important issued were repeated through the training to ensure clarity. Good additional information and instruction was available for all delegates
Information was clear, engaging, easy to follow.
I believe it covered everything required on the topic. The sizes of the videos made it easy to follow.

The content is useful and of good length. But I found the assessment at the end to be biased and not open to different circumstances that people may work in.

Excessively long
This training could be delivered in 10 mins, especially for people who have worked in office environments in the UK the past 10 years where DSE training/awareness is mandatory.

My colleagues and I work incredibly hard for wildlife in Sussex and we are adults. I find all the iHasco courses treat us like we're naughty/stupid children. The repeated emphasis on this course of always achieving 'maximum productivity' is particularly grating.
This course provides an excellent guide for those who spend lot of time working on computers.
It helps us to make your work less stressful and sitting at your desk with good posture.
