The format of a person speaking made it easier to absorb and retain the information than just written material.

Commercial Organisation biased
The content was ok and informative for the most part but I do feel that a lot of it is not relevant to our Trust and was perhaps pitched with a commercial bias. I am unsure who the intended audience they were trying to address, and if you are wanting this course to give any assurance over environmental compliance competency it was quite limited.

Definitely worth listening to and taking onboard the tips to help the environment
Good content
The course had good content with lots of additional yet relevant resources that I could look at. At points, I questioned the relevance to my position but I know the importance of this subject. It was especially refreshing as in my last job, the cleaners would just put recycled paper in with normal waste and not recycle anything.
Informative, though provoking, awareness
Informative course to make each of us just stop and think about our attitude and behaviours and how a simple change can make a difference.

Important and useful
For me this has been the best of the iHasco courses I've done recently because it is a topic which is of vital importance to everyone. Although I think of myself as environmentally aware, it's good to have more tips on how to reduce waste and energy usage.
