I always try too be aware of this.
I felt i was aware of most of these items during this course, but i was good to recap.
very good training
There was a lot of things to think about, thing that you should do but that you just leave not even considering. I am thinking of things like turning things off at the mains unplugging chargers

Everyone should watch this!
It's a real eye opener and fully explains the effects of what we do as human beings every single day. I already recycle and walk where i can and carry small shopping instead of buying bags but straight after my training i went to place my notes in the bin and stopped and put them beside the bin for recycling. It's made me think about batteries i place in the bin and no longer will. It also makes me recognise the efforts CPI are going to reduce their effects on the environment. This training fully captured my attention . . . Thank you!
