Lecturing

As a farmer's daughter and with extensive connections to the farming community I didn't appreciate the insistence that it is essential we all eat less meat and dairy. I would require a lot more proof that agriculture and farming, especially small scale, are causing a problem and would need suggestions as to how we avoid those people involved in farming being massively adversely affected by policies like these, which seem set to destroy their livelihoods.

Very interesting course.

Very interesting course, so many facts for us all to be aware of, small changes to standard ways of working or living can improve so much.

A bit to much information

Some good content but maybe more suitable for the class room. The subject is great and very important, hence worthwhile.

Course could have been cut in half

Although there was some very good points to this training…. there was also some parts that could have been cut to keep the attention on important parts like plastic & paper waste, reusing items, saving electricity etc. But my biggest issue with the course was the push to make people vegan. A course training employees should not preach about their eating choices.
