Gets the main points of a broad subject across without going into too much unnecessary detail. A good overview which gets you thinking more about the subject and what individuals can do.

Very good course
Very much enjoyed the presentation and learnt quite a few things that I was not aware of even at home as well as in the work place. It was a very well presented course
excellent course.
It should benefit everyone, I carry out the majority of the tips suggested which makes me feel better.
