It made me more environmentally aware especially from the farming aspect.

I don't feel encouraging people to reduce meat and dairy in their diets is appropriate in this particular video as this is a personal choice of the individual.

A timely reminder to have a re-think about our usage both within work organisations and home. The script provided I find useful as you can read this at your own speed and personally I absorb this quicker than an voice delivery.
