Helpful, long, informative
I found it interesting but it was quite long winded and some of the questions were very long. I did find it helpful and informative though.
Over – long and too much emphasis os the meaning of phrases
The session was long and difficult to take in even with breaks. There was far too much emphasis on the meaning of words rather than what happened in practice and how to avoid mistakes or use best practice. Even though my certificate shows i obtained 100% I don't feel the over-emphasis on the meaning of words and phrases was relevant. Also, there were grammatical mistakes.
Engaging and informative
One recommendation I would make is to not save the test until the end and instead insert questions after each topic so you're testing the learning directly after each section.

Practical and easy to follow
Practical training, step-by-step video is easy to follow, provide useful information
Far too long
This 'training' method whilst corparately convenient is ineffective at best and that is only when the subject matter is suited
Repetitive, at times too simplistic. Too much focused on employment situatons
See above. Far too heavily focused on employment. On a couple of occassions, the speaker said that certain categories were excluded but did not say why. There are excepetions to equality of employment by sex/gender; although very few and obvious, they should be mentioned. The debate over trans rights and non-trans individuals was not mentioned eg female-only toilets, changing rooms. A very live issue in some situations, such as prisons. Over-simpification in script.
Great course
Not daunting, well explained an enjoyable informative course.
It was good and covered the topics needed, I liked it prompted you for breaks and asked a few questions during the training.
