Offers viewpoints to other peoples feelings, outlook and sensitivities. Gives examples of everyday problems and sets out legal requirements too.

Informative but quite long
Good course, but you need significant investment time to complete as it's quite long, although I appreciate there is a lot to cover on this topic.
