A lot to listen to in one sitting

Like I said, a lot to listen to in one sitting. But it wasn‚Äôt too bad. It‚Äôs free knowledge for the work place so I‚Äôm not complaining. But I now know I get a certificate out of it so then I can show the mrs and she will be proud of me 🙂

Thorough in content, easy to understand

Covered a lot in a short time and was rich in easy to understand content. Thought provoking in a wider application so appreciated.

Essential whatever your experience

Essential as it covers a a topic that can contribute to staff well being and organisational output & success

A good refresh.

Always good to remind all employees of EDI and how important it is throughout our working & private lives.

Engaging

Interesting informative and clear. Also factored in rest stops.

Interesting

Very informative and interesting module.

It was helpful

There was more thought-provoking content than I was expecting. I thought it was well-presented and didn't skirt around issues. I think the concept of "the ideal workplace" was interesting.

Extremely in-depth

When you think you know it all, then this course pops up in an effective manner

The majority of this course was great

The majority of this course was great and I will use the information day to day. However, the course stated there are "certain forms of autism", as an autistic person and an autistic advocate I find this disappointing in an equality and diversity course. The NHS follows the DSM and of 2013 the DSM only diagnosis ASD. Asperger's and PDD-NOS have not been featured in the DSM since 2013. Such misinformation feeds into harmful notions that there are high and low functioning autism (there is not), unravels the hard work of autistic advocates and harms the autistic community as a whole.

confusing

some of the terminology used ,was hard to understand making it a little confusing
